LONDON — On top of all its other troubles, Britain got another shock today. The Beatles may never tour together again. There are rumors that these four frenetic symbols of modern Britain, pioneers of the undisguised beat and controversial mop tops, may appear together no more. Their astute manager, Brian Epstein, while declining to kill the rumors about future tours, said tonight that the Beatles were not splitting up as a group. He noted that the foursome already has a movie commitment for next year.
