Paul’s Childhood Home

20 Forthlin Road Allerton, Liverpool 18, United Kingdom

This is the home where Paul McCartney lived with his Dad, my late husband Jim, and brother Michael, up until the time be became famous as a Beatle.

He then moved to London, and bought his Dad a mock Tudor house on the Wirral Peninsula called Rembrandt, where he still stays when he is in the Liverpool area.

Forthlin is a small council house, which now belongs to the National Trust of Great Britain, due to its historic value.

Many tours drive by, and tours of inside can be arranged in advance with any one of the many Liverpool tour operators. A separate list can be found at the end of this book.
