The Jacaranda is/was a popular haunt for young, hip people in the early days of The Mersey Sound, attracting both musicians and their fans to start off their evening before migrating to The Cavern for the real action.

A particular favourite of John Lennon’s, it was originally owned and operated by Allan Wiliams, The Beatles’ first Manager, and has obviously undergone many changes over the past 60 years. It has its own record store, Jacaranda Records, and is still a thriving, lively place to visit. Pay them a visit, you’ll be glad you did.
