The Linda McCartney Centre, a part of the royal Liverpool Hospitals system, is a treatment centre dedicated to Paul’s late wife, the mother of Heather, Mary, Stella and James.

In addition to the extensive and sympathetic treatment that patients receive, there is also a retrospective in the building planned from August 8th to November 1st 2020 at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool’s City Center. The Linda McCartney Retrospective, curated by Paul, Mary and Stella features more than 200 extraordinary photographs, including a selection of images of Liverpool itself.

I am only sorry that Linda, my lovely daughter-in-law who taught us all to “always look up” is remembered in this way, but being the pioneer that she was, I sure the opportunity of a cure and hope for women afflicted by this dreadful disease must please her greatly in the spiritual world.

I had the personal pleasure of visiting the centre during my time in Liverpool in 2013, and actually meeting patients undergoing chemotherapy, who were very vocal in their praise of the treatment they were receiving, and I personally have three friends who have been cured of cancer due to early detection and excellent attention here.

Donations are always welcome, no matter how small, and you can be sure that when they find a cure, they will share it with the world.
